Placing an order is an offer to purchase; the contract is formed when we confirm by email. We may decline an order (e.g. pricing error or stock issue) and refund any payment.
The seller is not a VAT payer; listed prices are final.
Payment is cash on delivery. Delivery by Zásilkovna (Packeta) to a pickup point / Z-BOX; 99 CZK, free over 3 000 CZK. Goods remain the seller's property until paid in full.
Consumers keep the 14-day right of withdrawal and the 24-month statutory warranty (see Returns).
