Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

1. Notify us at sales@strobium.com within 14 days.
2. Return the item within 14 days of that notice — complete, unused, ideally in original packaging. We provide the return address in the confirmation.
3. We refund the price (incl. the cheapest offered shipping) within 14 days, normally to the bank account you provide.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Do not send returns cash-on-delivery — they will not be accepted.

Statutory warranty

Consumers have a 24-month statutory liability-for-defects period. Claims: sales@strobium.com with your order number and a description of the fault; handled within 30 days.

Out-of-court disputes

The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), adr.coi.cz.
