If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
All products carry the statutory 2-year warranty for consumers under EU law. For a warranty claim, contact sales@strobium.com with your order number and a description of the fault.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to items that were custom-made or sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed, as permitted by law.
