• Order history and communications.
• No card data is stored — payment is cash on delivery.

Purpose & legal basis

• Order fulfilment and support — performance of a contract.
• Accounting/tax duties — legal obligation (records kept for the statutory period, typically 10 years).
• Marketing — only with your consent.

Recipients

Shared only as needed with the carrier Zásilkovna s.r.o. (Packeta) and our transactional-email provider. We do not sell your data.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection — sales@strobium.com. You may complain to the Czech DPA (ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz).
